This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and cooltechprojects.com, a product of cooltechprojects.com (“Licensor”) for the website, software product(s) and associated documentation (collectively, the “Software”).
Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use cooltechprojects.com solely for Licensee’s personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Restrictions
Licensee shall not:
- Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of cooltechprojects.com.
- Rent, lease, loan, or sublicense the cooltechprojects.com to any third party.
- Use the cooltechprojects.com for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Ownership
Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the cooltechprojects.com, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant Licensee any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the cooltechprojects.com.
Support and Updates
The licensor may provide updates, upgrades, or support for cooltechprojects.com at its discretion. Licensee acknowledges that the provision of support and updates is at Licensor’s sole discretion and may be terminated at any time.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. Licensee may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling cooltechprojects.com and destroying all copies. The licensor may terminate this EULA immediately and without notice if the Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease using the cooltechprojects.com and destroy all copies.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The cooltechprojects.com is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The licensor does not warrant that the functions contained in cooltechprojects.com will meet the licensee’s requirements or that the operation of cooltechprojects.com will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way relating to the use of or inability to use cooltechprojects.com, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, even if licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and the Licensor regarding cooltechprojects.com and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
Information Collection and Use
By installing, accessing, or using the cooltechprojects.com services, you consent to these information collection and usage terms, including (where applicable) the transfer of data into a country outside of Canada or Common Law Jurisdictions.
